Tiama reĝo ordonis al la masonisto
konstrui ŝtonan stupaon cent ĵoojn altan.
Kiam la stupao estis elfarita, ekpensis
la reĝo, "Nun mi havigis al mi ĉi tiun
ŝtonan stupaon konforman al mia deziro.
Kvankam tre kontenta, mi timas, ke la
masonisto povas iri al alia lando kaj tie
konstrui saman stupaon. Tial li mortu
plej baldaŭ." Dum la masonisto ankoraŭ
restis sur la stupao, li ordonis disfaligi
la skafaldon stangoj post stangoj en
palpebruma daŭro kaj la masonisto
